ROSTAING TANNERY group produces all type of leather for Gloves, Shoes, Leathergoods and furniture.

Job description
– Plan, direct or coordinate the work activities and resources necessary for manufacturing in accordance with cost, quality and quantity specifications.
– Develop Factory Production.
– Ensure the timely delivery of finished products to customers and/or other facilities contracted
– Recommend staffs and organize an approved organization
– Develop, implement and measure production process flows from purchased raw materials to delivery
– Implement Quality Control systems and assurance standards including in-coming materials inspection, in-production process and final inspection for all products
– Implement staff evaluation and incentive systems
– Develop reporting formats and timetables for management approval
– Ensure all systems consistent with guidelines provided by Finance, IT, Admin/ HR, Export, Warehousing/ Shipping
– Coordinate schedules and shipments with Board of Management
– Other assignments as determined by the Managing Director
Requirements
– at least 5 years experienced.
– foreign languages: English or French
– graduated in Management, Engineering
– excellent knowledge of the leather industry

The second office of ERAI Asia, based in Mongolia, is now looking for a business developer to strengthen the team and to perform services on the behalf
of its customers on the Mongolian market.

OBJECTIVES:
The candidate will be in charge of:
- Searching for information and writing market studies
- Organizing prospecting missions for our customers and accompanying them
- Searching for business partners for the clients
- Telemarketing and trade shows visits
- Implementing and monitoring promotional and communication tools and operations
- Updating contacts files and projects of cooperation partners
- Writing reports of monthly activities
- Economic and geopolitical monitoring
REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree from a business school or from a similar training program
- Capacity for adaptation, flexibility, creativity, spirit of initiative and autonomy
- Deductive and analytical skills, rigor, professionalism
- Good presentation, good interpersonal skills
- Languages : Mongolian and English, French is a plus
- Location: Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, occasional business trips to be planned
